Delivery Policy

General ships to more than 80 different countries. Simply add an item to your shopping cart and then use the drop down menu to see if your country is available. Depending on the selected products, they could be shipped in a combined or separate shipment. The shipping cost is applied to every separate shipment. The package will be sent with registered Air mail or trackable courier service, depending on the selected products, sum of order and delivery country. The number of packages for a selected product, costs, delivery time and conditions are shown in the checkout.

Delivery time

Usually the delivery times are between 14 to 21 days, however for some destinations or due to external force majeure factors deliveries can be delayed. We normally expect to despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like during Christmas and New Year we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

We also cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by to severe meteorological conditions, strikes of personnel, long customs control and other unexpected reasons.

We ship orders to the address marked by the customer as the shipping address. If your billing and shipping addresses differ, unmark 'use my billing address as shipping address' on the checkout page and enter the new address.

We are constantly improving our shipping service. We are always adding new delivery methods that help you receive your goods faster and cheaper. Since our products are shipped from different countries there are many different shipping methods. You can get additional information about shipping of particular products from our Customer Support Service. Shipment of the goods can be provided by third party.

Taxes and other duties

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

All prices and values are subject to regular changes due to fuel surcharges and other variables influencing the delivery price. is not required to inform you of any such changes in advance or after the order has been placed.


If you didn't receive your order you have the right to ask for a refund or free reshipment. Free reshipments are guaranteed if you didn't receive your order within the 45 days (and if the order didn't reach your local post office). And you also have the right to get a free reshipment if somehow we send you a wrong product (a different one from the product you actually ordered) and the product came in poor condition so it cannot be used.

However you won't get a free reshipment if you provided a wrong shipping address or if you didn't meet the courier or pick up the order at your local post office. Please contact our Customer Support Service to claim the reshipment or refund.
