Refund & Returns Policy

Most products purchased from Alexacosmetics.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be accompanied by the original receipt included with the shipment. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Alexacosmetics.com products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion and we will refund the full price, excluding shipping. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a prompt refund. It takes about two weeks for the money to appear on your account after we received the goods.

There are only few cases in which we don’t see any reasons for a refund:

• Order wasn’t delivered, because the customer provided a wrong shipping address.
• Order wasn’t delivered, because the customer didn’t meet the courier and/or pick it at the local post office.

Cancellation of the order

You can cancel an order so long as the order is not approved and/or forwarded for shipping. If you decided to cancel your order, please, let us know as soon as possible. If the order was approved and/or forwarded for shipping, you can return the order after you received it, unopened and in original package
